Praise Team App (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Praise Team App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

• Profile and team information: team membership, role, initials, permissions, and related profile details.
• Messages and communications: messages, reactions, read receipts, typing indicators, and other information you send through the App.
• Files and media: images, documents, PDFs, sheet music, and other attachments you upload or access.
• Schedule and service information: schedules, assignments, set lists, songs, service plans, and related information.
• Device and notification information: device identifiers, push-notification subscription information, operating-system information, and similar technical information used to deliver notifications.
• Technical information: information needed to maintain security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and operate the App.

How We Use Information

• Create and maintain user accounts.
• Authenticate users and manage access to App features.
• Provide scheduling, set-list, song, sheet-music, communication, file-sharing, and administrative features.
• Deliver push notifications.
• Maintain and secure the App, diagnose technical issues, and improve functionality.
• Respond to account and data-deletion requests.

Third-Party Service Providers

Praise Team App uses third-party services to provide certain functionality. Information may be processed by these providers as necessary to operate the App.

• Supabase for authentication, databases, file storage, and backend functionality.
• OneSignal for push notifications.
• Google services for certain file and sheet-music synchronization features.
• Firebase Hosting for hosting web-based portions of Praise Team App and related public pages.

Praise Team App does not sell users' personal information or provide personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, Praise Team App may register your device with its notification provider so notifications can be delivered. You may disable notification permissions through your device or browser settings.

User-Provided Content

Information you voluntarily submit through messages, file uploads, schedules, service plans, set lists, or other App features may be visible to other authorized users depending on the feature and applicable team settings.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Praise Team App, maintain appropriate records, protect the security of the App, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable requirements.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Praise Team App account and associated personal information using the account-deletion instructions available at /delete-account/.

Certain shared information may be retained or anonymized when necessary to maintain shared schedules, messages, service plans, set lists, administrative records, security records, or other information involving additional users.

Data Security

Praise Team App uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the App. Data transmitted between the App and its supporting online services is protected using encrypted connections where supported by those services. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Praise Team App is intended for authorized team members and is not designed as a general-purpose service directed toward children. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner requiring parental consent under applicable law without appropriate consent, reasonable steps will be taken to address or delete that information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Praise Team App, its features, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above may be updated when changes are made.
